Antifragility

The book is part of Taleb's essay series Incerto, which also includes famous books like "The Black Swan."
Main idea: Taleb introduces the concept of "antifragility"—it is more than resilience or robustness. A fragile object is damaged by stress or shocks; resilient remains the same; but antifragile not only withstands stress but becomes better, benefiting from unexpected events, chaos, volatility, and mistakes.
