A colorful blouse-style top

Bought with the idea of wearing it as a dress, but it's too short for me in terms of length, maybe it will fit someone else. However, in terms of use, it's a multifunctional garment. It can be worn both buttoned up as a long blouse or unbuttoned as a jacket. The material is very stretchy, the label says size L, but I would say it will fit S/M/L. Of course, it won't be as fitted on S as it is on M/L.
