Let's get acquainted ‒ I'm Paula Freimane, a fitness trainer and this is my first cookbook. From experience, I can say – sports and food go hand in hand, so workouts without proper and balanced nutrition don't make much sense. You need to learn how to prepare your favorite dishes in a way that
helps you be healthier and look better.
The recipes compiled in the book are divided into five groups ‒ breakfast, lunch, dinner recipes, as well as desserts and drinks. By preparing one dish from each group, it is possible to ensure a balanced menu for the whole day.
