7499 LEGO extra tracks (8 straight + 16 small track pieces)

100% all parts, including booklets and boxes. Train and tracks - everything in perfect condition, but instructions are used (corners folded, one page glued).
Currently assembled, but we can ship disassembled and neatly packed in bags.
I can send a video of the train running on the tracks.
Tracks can be assembled in several ways. As currently in the photo, it occupies 2.10 m in length on the floor.
Will be handed over to the new owner without batteries.
Shipping via any parcel terminal for an additional fee.
