I bought here as size 42 (also for shoes 42), but it doesn't fit. I haven't worn them, but they are wonderfully soft - the owner of size 41 acknowledged them as super comfortable, but also too small. The insole is 25.5-26 cm, so I list them as size 40. The insole is removable. Shipping included in the price.
