Digital Meltinchoc is a digital chocolate melting device made from heat-resistant plastic. It is equipped with a removable stainless steel container and lid, as well as a temperature probe for controlling the chocolate temperature.
The electronic control board manages the internal heating element and chocolate temperature detection using an external probe to optimize the achievement of the desired result and ensure faster and more precise chocolate melting.
The front control panel offers tempering recommendations that can
be manually adjusted or selected from 3 programs according to the type of chocolate: white, milk, or dark chocolate. The display indicators assist the operator in performing tempering steps and maintaining the chocolate at the required temperature.
