Small winter boots size 21 (13cm)

Small, very cute winter boots, bought here at Andele, unfortunately too narrow for our one-year-old. Will fit a more delicate foot. The boots haven't been worn, only tried on once and slightly scuffed at the toes from crawling (as mentioned by the previous owner), but you have to look closely to notice it. I tried to show it in the picture (last image).
