Nedaudz vēstures un skaistā stāsta
Gžeļ porcelāna saknes meklējamas Krievijas amatniecības tradīcijās, taču balti–zilā krāsu gamma nav nejaušība. Kad cars Petr I atgriezās no Holandes, kur apguva kuģu būvi, viņš iedvesmojās no tur redzētā zilbalti dekorētā fajansa.

A bit of history and a beautiful story
The roots of Gzhel porcelain can be traced back to Russian craft traditions, but the blue and white color scheme is no coincidence. When Tsar Peter I returned from Holland, where he learned shipbuilding, he was inspired by the blue and white decorated faience he saw there. Dutch masters, in turn, had borrowed inspiration and technology from Chinese blue and white porcelain dishes, which for centuries were considered the pinnacle of sophistication.
Thus, this color aesthetic – white and cobalt blue – became a classic for Gzhel as well. Over time, Gzhel developed into a recognizable art brand, where each ornament is hand-painted, each flower and line reflects the master's mood. That is why there are no two identical items – each is a small porcelain story.
These products can become a special gift for yourself – for example, during spring holidays or on March 8 – or a heartfelt surprise for a mother, grandmother, sister, or close person. Gzhel always brings brightness, purity, and classic elegance to the interior.
It is possible to purchase the entire set together (more advantageous) or separately.
