1/2 scooter

I sell a brand new, unused tricycle scooter part - a skateboard and handle. Quiet rubber wheels with LED lights. Designed for children from 3 to 15 years or withstand weight up to 50.kg. Need a rod (steering wheel). Can be used for parts or assembled using another steering wheel. Included booklet, instructions, and tools (keys and screws).
