I am sorry you do not like the product. It s new ( there is still the plastic around the neck of the dog) and it look the same in Alan Deko shop , you can go and check. I could refund but the buyer decide to put a bad review first…
Grumpy and agressive buyer by the way. Very unpolite regarding the fact I do not speak well Latvian.
