Outside in excellent condition. The insole is made of soft leather, so it quickly became visually worn, even though the shoes were not worn much. May also fit an owner of size 38.5. My foot length is 24cm, fits perfectly, doesn't pinch anywhere, but I like when there's some space. Just no longer fits in the wardrobe.
