Caramelizer + 6 ramekins. The Catalan dessert "crema catalana" is very similar to the French "creme brulée", but the Catalan cream is not baked in the oven. This dessert is very quick and easy to make and really delicious if you have this caramelizing device. The recipe sheet is included. Brought from Barcelona, used a few times. Only the box is worn.
