We bought these boots new. A very good brand - Tom.M, in terms of quality, not worse than Viking or Kavat. Inside is warm white fleece - feet don't sweat. Very comfortable! Moisture-resistant. Size 27. We liked them very much! One boot has a slightly scuffed toe, but it doesn't interfere with use. Worn by 1 child for 1 season.
