We bought these boots new. A very good brand - Tom.M, in terms of quality, it is no worse than Viking or Kavat. Inside, there is warm white wool - feet don't sweat. Very comfortable! Moisture-resistant. Size 27. We liked them a lot! One boot has a slightly scuffed toe, but it doesn't affect use. Worn by 1 child for 1 season.
