Creamy honey is a multi-floral honey from our apiary, obtained using a special processing method that allows it to achieve a smooth, soft, and even texture similar to cream. This is achieved by slowly stirring the honey to help form small crystal particles, making the honey easier to spread and less liquid than usual. Creamy honey retains all the natural aromas and properties of honey, but is easier to use on bread, pancakes, or other snacks. This honey maintains its consistency and does not harden.
