A very beautiful and voluminous skirt, with black knit fabric at the bottom and colorful, transparent tulle at the top. Overall, it looks irresistible! The tulle fabric has a few pulled threads in places (see last photo), which is why the price is what it is, but you can't see it in the overall look. The size is listed as 34 (more on the hips), but I wear it with my 36 (more on the waist).
