Thick sheep wool slippers

It is difficult to determine the size, we have 26 sizes and it seems to be too small because the wool is very thick. I measured it from the outside, see the pictures. Sizes 22, 23, and 24 would be good. The sheep's wool inside is thick, so it will be very warm.
