Double two wheels

I am selling a dog stroller that was used for one season in Spain, which we used because our dog had undergone surgery. The upper part, like a child's seat, can be removed, and only the lower basket can be used for dogs, for shopping. The upper basket, like a child's seat, can be used in a car, where it can be fastened and used while driving. The cart folds up and the wheels can be removed. The lower basket can also be removed. The upper basket has a mesh roof.
