Waistband on elastic, width - 38cm flat without stretching, elastic stretches up to 49cm (but at this width it will definitely be tight), skirt length 74cm.
There is a lining. Indicated as M, but loose at the waist. The elastic doesn't even stretch.
The color is more yellowish in reality than in the photo.
