Antique kerosene lamp hand-painted

(PSRS), kuru vairāk nekā 60 gadus glabāja privātā mājā bēniņos. Tas netika izmests, un pateicoties tam, šis kupols nokļuva antikvariāta veikalā. Tur tas pavadīja vairāk nekā piecus gadus, rūpīgi saglabāts oriģinālajā kastē, uz kuras vēl redzams uzraksts krievu valodā “запасное стекло №…”, lai gan pats numurs vairs nav salasāms. Kupols gaidīja savu īsto gaismekli — un tieši šis gadījums kļuva par to brīdi, kad divi dažādu laikmetu priekšmeti sastapās un ideāli viens otram papildināja.

Kupols rotāts ar spilgtu roku gleznotu ziedu ornamentu, kas atkārtojas no abām pusēm, nodrošinot vizuālu līdzsvaru un izteiksmību. Apvienojumā ar vairāk nekā 100 gadus seno vara pamatu izveidojies harmonisks un estētiski izcils gaismeklis, kas nes sevī divu laikmetu stāstus.

Antique kerosene lamp with hand-painted dome — authentic masterpiece from the turn of the 19th-20th century

A truly special kerosene lamp is being offered, with a copper base crafted over a century ago. It is a massive, well-made, and excellently preserved testament to the craftsmanship of the time, when items were created to last for centuries. The copper base carries a genuine sense of history — you can "feel" the era in which it was created.

The lamp is combined with a glass dome from around the 1960s (USSR), which was stored in the attic of a private house for over 60 years. It wasn't discarded, and thanks to that, this dome ended up in an antique shop. There it spent more than five years, carefully preserved in its original box, which still bears the inscription in Russian “запасное стекло №…”, although the number itself is no longer legible. The dome awaited its true lamp — and this case became the moment when two items from different eras met and perfectly complemented each other.

The dome is adorned with a bright hand-painted floral ornament that repeats on both sides, providing visual balance and expressiveness. Combined with the more than 100-year-old copper base, a harmonious and aesthetically outstanding lamp was created, carrying the stories of two eras.
