Knee-length skirt

Purchased at a vintage store, possibly handmade. I would say the size is S/M. If needed, I can send more precise measurements. There are elastics on the sides, so it stretches at the waist. The fabric is velvety, soft. A drawback - the lining inside has come undone in one place.
