The skirt is in excellent condition. I can't say what the fabric is, but it is very soft and pleasant to the skin. The skirt has a sun cut, with a layer of tulle sewn on top, underneath which is beautiful, elastic lace. The brown tone isn't really my style, it's a shame such beauty hangs in the closet. I've worn it only once.
