I had heard many good reviews about Uniqlo Heattech thermal shirts, so I decided to purchase one for myself. Since I was ordering for the first time, I wasn't sure about the size I needed. I ordered both S and M, and as a result, M turned out to be just right (corresponds to size 38). This is the thickest and warmest of the three Heattech models. The material is very soft, gentle, and pleasant, stretches well and is not transparent. For the shirt to fulfill its functions, it should be snug but also loose enough to move easily. I think S will be good for those who wear size 36. If you love wearing tight-fitting clothes, then S will also suit size 38 wearers. The shirt's tone - warm white/milk white.
