Tried once. Bought for my husband but he refused to use it. There are different types of stimulation and strengths. I liked the feeling but don't need to keep it for myself. I translated it into Latvian because everything was in English. But everything is on the screen and there is nothing incomprehensible. Helps with many things and relaxes. Different sensations on each program. Suitable for various ailments.
