These are vintage cufflinks featuring the bear mascot, Misha, from the 1980 Moscow Olympic Games.
They were made as souvenirs for the games.

Design: The cufflinks feature a rectangular face with the image of the Olympic bear mascot, known as Misha, engraved or embossed on the front. The background has vertical line detailing.
