Cookies "Riekstiņi" with boiled condensed milk! The cookies are baked with a thin layer of shortcrust pastry and filled with a rich boiled condensed milk filling. 🤤
Riekstiņi are larger than the classic "Darba spars" nuts. One nut weighs about 25g and its filling makes up the larger part of the nut. But everything is balanced, so it's not too sweet or too dry.
