Wahl hairdryer

My daughter ordered a hairdryer as a gift from Santa Claus, but I didn't notice one detail: it needs to rotate. This hairdryer doesn't have such a function, and there's not really anything to exchange it for at the store, so I want to sell it and order the right, rotating hairdryer.
