A few scratches on the surface of the casing do not hinder its function (as seen in pictures). Not used very frequently, everything is in working order.
Can be controlled both via an app (even remotely while at work) and with buttons on the casing. Comes with a washing function and self-cleaning feature.
With the app, you can zone rooms and select individual rooms for cleaning.
