Petticoat black with polka dot tulle

Custom-made black petticoat. Designed to make skirts/dresses fuller. Length with tulle 68cm. Top made from thin lining fabric. Unironed in the picture. Waist circumference ~92cm. Button closure. If a smaller circumference is needed, the button can simply be repositioned. Useful for themed parties where fullness matters.
