The stroller is very functional. The seat can be placed facing you or the other way around. Facing you, there are three positions, but only one the other way. The height of the stroller seat is adjustable, and the handle is adjustable. The newborn insert is suitable for the smallest babies; it was useful for us because our baby didn't like the bassinet, and we started using it from around 4/5 months old. As for defects - the handle's upholstery is slightly worn, and there are small, inconspicuous scratches on the stroller frame.
