I bought it here, but the size was not right. The insole is not removable, but a stable 40. Camper brand is famous for having heels that are as comfortable as slippers. Mid-season, in winter, an additional insole or sock is needed. A drawback is slightly worn color at the heel. Shipping included in the price.
