Seal of the Libau (Liepāja) Children's Shelter Committee.

This ancient and rare seal is from a private collection, but it has been used and utilized in its time. It has survived to our days in quite good condition with a clearly readable seal relief. Due to its rarity, it can be a very good and valuable addition to any collection.
