Natural blue sapphire (Natural Corundum) with ICA GemLab certificate (1.38 ct; 7.27 × 5.71 × 4.05 mm), oval modified brilliant cut. Beautiful medium blue color, transparent, with natural inclusions characteristic of a true sapphire. Traditional thermal treatment has been performed. The stone was purchased for €800 with the intention to create an elegant pendant – a classic gold pendant where the sapphire would be the main accent with a light vintage feel. In reality, the stone's tone is more expressive and deeper than in the photographs – in natural lighting, it reveals a rich, saturated blue color and beautiful light play. However, the project was not realized, so I decided to sell the stone. Price – €400, which is very attractive for a certified sapphire of such quality.
