Spanish brand Adolfo Dominguez. Purchased in Madrid. New with tags. The size didn't fit, tried on M in store, ordered L from the online store, couldn't return it. Size is likely L-XL, for a man, I think up to 180 cm. The jacket is very lightweight. It cost 240€.
