A stylish ice cream recipe book, bought on a whim because the flavor combinations are truly exciting! However, I ran into laziness to cook, and it remained just flipped through. Most of the recipes are based on 'custard cream,' but there are also granitas and sorbets. Shipping is not included in the price.
