The platform at the front is 2 cm, heel is 7 cm. Fastened with velcro. Manufacturer's specified size is 8D, which is a standard width size 42. However, if the foot is wider, it is better for size 41 to avoid strap pressure. Manufacturer's specified insole is 26 cm, measuring approximately 27 cm.
