Insole ~23.5cm
To make it easier for the child to put on, we inserted elastic shoe laces, but the metal clips regularly fell off, so it remains that the ends of the shoe laces are tied with a knot.
New shoe laces might be needed if you want "neat" lace ends.
The only defect I noticed is slightly frayed in places where the foot is inserted (see the last picture), but minimally.
