Current measurements of the dress (which can be reduced): bust 96-98cm; underbust circumference 82-85cm; waist around 78-80cm; hips 100-102cm. Suitable for height 167cm, but with high heels (thus will fit even with lower heels for height 172cm). The dress has a lining, a zipper at the back (no buttons needed). Material is heavy, flowing, dense. Cups can be sewn into the bust area. I can provide the seamstress's phone number. After dry cleaning. The "tail" has a loop that can be hooked onto a button under the bottom or worn on the hand for easier movement. On the train (at the very end) there are a couple of mini loops that can be "pulled in" or cut off, but they are not visible at all.
