New boots. Not worn, only tried on, and too narrow for my foot. The boots are more suited for a narrow foot. Indicated size 39 will fit more or less a 24.5 foot. With laces and a side zipper, and a design strap that can be adjusted. There is an option to try on in Valmiera on-site, and I also send via your preferred parcel locker.
