Long black boots

Brand new tall boots. The boots are supposedly indicated as size 40.5 EUR (42 CAN), but they were tight at the toes, so I would say they are more suitable for a size 39 EUR foot, considering my actual size is 40 EUR, but the offer was only 39.5 or 40.5. The website indicates that these shoes have a foot length of 24.55 cm. Price = 12+ shipping.
