Original Japanese surimono from the late Edo period, executed as a woodblock print on handmade washi paper. The small figure of a traveler is depicted in the haiga style and accompanied by a poetic inscription typical of private poetic sheets of the 19th century. Later, the work was mounted on thin cardboard for preservation.

Dimensions: approximately 21 × 24 cm.
Condition is natural for its age, print surface preserved.
