Gothic style blouse for steampunk, Wednesday, gothic, etc. costume combinations. Looks cool paired with corsets. The blouse has been altered - black stripes on the sides and the front taken in to fit size 40 and accentuate the waist, as the original L was somehow an S (as is typical with Draculaclothing's sloppy cuts). The cotton fabric is slightly stretchy.
